Oritani Financial Corp. Announces 2nd Quarter Results and Dividend
January 26, 2016 8:03 AM ESTTOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, N.J., Jan. 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oritani Financial Corp. (the Company or Oritani) (NASDAQ: ORIT), the holding company for Oritani Bank (the Bank), reported net income of $15.9 million, or $0.38 per basic (and $0.37 diluted) common share, for the three months ended December 31, 2015, and $28.0 million, or $0.68 per basic (and $0.66 diluted) common share, for the six months ended December 31, 2015. Net income was $10.0 million, or $0.24 per basic and diluted common share, for the three months ended December 31, 2014, and $20.2 million, or $0.48 per basic (and $0.47 diluted) common share, for the six months ended December 31, 2014.
