EV Energy Partners Announces Reduction of Quarterly Cash Distribution to $0.075 Per Unit and Schedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015 Earnings Release Conference Call
January 25, 2016 4:05 PM ESTHOUSTON, Jan. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- EV Energy Partners, L.P. (Nasdaq: EVEP) today announced a cash distribution attributable to the fourth quarter of 2015 of $0.075 per unit, or $0.30 on an annualized basis, for all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on February 12, 2016, to unit holders of record at the close of business on February 5, 2016. This distribution represents a $0.425 per unit reduction from the prior quarterly distribution.Â
