Civista Bancshares, Inc. Announces Strong Earnings for 2015
January 22, 2016 8:10 AM ESTSANDUSKY, Ohio, Jan. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Civista Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: CIVB) ("Civista") reported net income attributable to common shares of $2.8 million, or $0.29 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2015, compared with $1.9 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, for the prior year period. For the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2015, Civista reported net income available to common shareholders of $11.2 million or $1.17 per diluted share, compared to $7.7 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, in the same period of 2014.Â
