Imperial Capital Remains Bullish as FireEye's (FEYE) Preliminary 4Q Results Were Consistent with Street

FireEye (FEYE) Beats Low Expectations but Price Target Lowered at Deutsche Bank on Sector Re-Valuation
January 21, 2016 8:47 AM ESTDeutsche Bank maintained a Hold rating on FireEye, Inc (NASDAQ: FEYE) but lowered its price target to $20.00 (from $30.00). Comments follow FireEye's positive pre-announcement. Analyst Karl Keirstead maintain a Hold rating due to FireEye's "balanced risk reward profile." The price target change relates to re-valuation across the software sector.

FireEye (FEYE) Quarter Saved By the iSIGHT Acquisition - Piper Jaffray
January 21, 2016 7:53 AM ESTPiper Jaffray analyst, Andrew Nowinski, took a critical view of FireEye, Inc (NASDAQ: FEYE) preannounced results and reduced his price target to $19 (from $27). FQ4(Dec) results are now expecting revenue to come in modestly below the mid-point of guidance. More importantly, management guided for organic billings growth of 20% in 2016, well below the Streets 28% estimate. However, the acquisition of iSIGHT will add ~$50M in billings to 2016, partially offsetting the guide down. The firm maintained a Neutral rating.
