January 19, 2016 4:31 PM ESTGALLIPOLIS, Ohio, Jan. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On January 19, 2016, Ohio Valley Banc Corp. (Nasdaq: OVBC) Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per common share payable on February 10, 2016, to shareholders of record on January 29, 2016.
