Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. Announces Increased Quarterly Dividend Of $0.14 Per Share
January 14, 2016 4:15 PM ESTFORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: UVE) announced today that its Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock, up $0.02 from the $0.12 per share paid during the first three quarters of 2015. Â Payment will be made on March 2, 2016 to shareholders of record on February 18, 2016. If declared and paid as intended, the annual aggregate dividend in 2016 will be $0.56 for each common share.
