Shaw Announces First Quarter Results and Positions Itself as a Leading Pure-Play Connectivity Provider
January 14, 2016 8:03 AM ESTCALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/14/16 -- Shaw Communications Inc. (TSX: SJR.B)(NYSE: SJR) announces consolidated financial and operating results for the quarter ended November 30, 2015. Revenue for the quarter of $1.4 billion was up 2.2% over the comparable period. Operating income before restructuring costs and amortization(1) for the quarter of $626 million improved 3.3% over the comparable period.
