Henry Schein To Acquire RxWorks
January 12, 2016 7:10 AM ESTMELVILLE, N.Y., Jan. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Henry Schein, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSIC), the world's largest provider of health care products and services to office-based dental, animal health and medical practitioners, announced today an agreement to acquire RxWorks, Inc., a provider of veterinary practice management software primarily to customers in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the Netherlands, and other countries around the world.
