Cempra (CEMP) Ticks Lower After Pricing Lighter Equity Offering
January 7, 2016 6:41 AM ESTCempra (Nasdaq: CEMP) shares are lower early after the company announced pricing 4,166,667 shares of common stock at $24 per share, for proceeds of about $100 million. The amount is 43 percent lower than the original $175 million it expected to raise.
CEMP is down over 5 percent.
