(NYSE MKT: TXMD) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of $125 million of shares of its common stock, offered at a price of $8.25 per share. The gross proceeds to TherapeuticsMD from this offering are expected to be approximately $125 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses payable by TherapeuticsMD.
