Spectra Energy Announces New Quarterly Dividend of $0.405 per Share
January 5, 2016 8:30 AM ESTHOUSTON, Jan. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Spectra Energy Corp (NYSE: SE) has announced a 14-cent increase in its annual dividend to $1.62 per share, or $0.405 on a quarterly basis. The dividend is payable on March 8, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2016.
"Consistent with our financial plans and our commitment to investors, we are increasing our annual dividend by 14 cents to $1.62 per share.
