Commercial Metals Company Reports First Quarter Earnings Per Share Of $0.21 And Earnings Per Share From Continuing Operations Of $0.22
January 5, 2016 6:45 AM ESTIRVING, Texas, Jan. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) today announced financial results for its first quarter ended November 30, 2015. Net earnings attributable to CMC for the three months ended November 30, 2015 were $25.1 million ($0.21 per diluted share) on net sales of $1.2 billion. This compares to net earnings attributable to CMC of $32.2 million ($0.27 per diluted share) on net sales of $1.7 billion for the first quarter ended November 30, 2014.
