JPMorgan Chase Announces Adjustment to Warrant Exercise Price
January 4, 2016 4:39 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) (JPMorgan Chase or the Firm) announced today that in accordance with the terms of the outstanding warrants to purchase common stock of JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM/WS), the warrant Exercise Price will be reduced to $42.246 per share from $42.284 per share, effective as of the close of business on January 6, 2016.
