Gramercy Property Trust Declares “Stub Period” December 2015 Dividend
December 23, 2015 1:51 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a pro-rata dividend for the period December 17, 2015 through December 31, 2015 in the amount of $0.0206 per common share. The pro-rata dividend is payable on January 15, 2016 to holders of the Companys common shares of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2015.
