Altisource Residential (RESI) PT Cut to $17 at Compass Point
December 23, 2015 9:06 AM ESTCompass Point maintained a Buy rating on Altisource Residential (NYSE: RESI), and cut the price target to $17.00 (from $21.00). RESI declared a 4Q15 dividend of $0.10, down from the $0.55 quarterly dividend RESI paid over the past five quarters. The company said it expects to pay an additional special dividend in early 2016 to distribute any additional taxable income associated with FY15.
