Hanmi Financial Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 27%
December 21, 2015 4:05 PM ESTLOS ANGELES, Dec. 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC) (Hanmi), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock for the 2015 fourth quarter of $0.14 per share, up 27.3% from $0.11 per share in the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2015.  Though the payment of cash dividends remains subject to review by the appropriate regulatory authorities on a quarterly basis, Hanmi has received regulatory approval to pay the fourth quarter...
