Yirendai Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
December 18, 2015 9:15 AM ESTBEIIJING, Dec. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Yirendai Ltd. (NYSE: YRD) ("Yirendai" or the "Company"), a leading online consumer finance marketplace in China, today announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 7,500,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs") at US$10.0 per ADS for a total offering size of US$75.0 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. Each ADS represents two ordinary shares of the Company. The ADSs will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") today under the ticker symbol "YRD."
