Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend of $0.58 per Share
December 17, 2015 4:15 PM ESTPASADENA, Calif., Dec. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE: WMC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.58 per share for the fourth quarter of 2015. Today's dividend is payable on January 26, 2016 to common shareholders of record as of December 28, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 23, 2015.  Â
