Wall Street slightly down a day after Fed raises rates

(Reuters) - U.S. stocks were down slightly in early trading on Thursday, a day after the Federal Reserve raised interest rates for the first time in almost a decade.
The central bank raised its benchmark rate by 25 basis points to between 0.25 percent and 0.50 percent, signaling confidence in the strength of the world's largest economy.
