(the "Company", or "Canadian Solar") (NASDAQ: CSIQ), one of the world's largest solar power companies, today announced the sale of the 10 MW AC (14 MW DC) Illumination LP ("Illumination") solar power plant to an affiliate of DIF Infrastructure III ("DIF"). Canadian Solar Secures Additional $80 million Term Loan with Credit Suisse
December 15, 2015 5:00 AM ESTGUELPH, Ontario, Dec. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Canadian Solar Inc. (the "Company", or "Canadian Solar") (NASDAQ: CSIQ), one of the world's largest solar power companies, today announced that it has raised a final tranche of $80.0 million under its previously announced two-year senior secured term loan arranged by Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch ("Credit Suisse"), bringing the total facility amount to $180.0 million.
