Canadian Solar Secures Additional $80 million Term Loan with Credit Suisse

GUELPH, Ontario, Dec. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Canadian Solar Inc. (the "Company", or "Canadian Solar") (NASDAQ: CSIQ), one of the world's largest solar power companies, today announced that it has raised a final tranche of $80.0 million under its previously announced two-year senior secured term loan arranged by Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch ("Credit Suisse"), bringing the total facility amount to $180.0 million.
