General Mills Reports Fiscal 2016 Second-Quarter Results

Second Quarter Results Summary
Net sales declined 6 percent to $4.42 billion, including a 1 point decline from acquisitions and divestitures. On a constant-currency basis, net sales declined 2 percent. Total segment operating profit totaled $839 million, down 1 percent. In constant currency, total segment operating profit increased 2 percent.
