December 16, 2015 4:21 PM ESTNEW YORK, Dec. 16, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of KCAP Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: KCAP) approved a cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2015 of $0.15 per share of common stock, down from the previous level of $0.21 per share, in order to better align the quarterly distribution with net investment income.
