Care Capital Properties Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend of $0.57 Per Share

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Care Capital Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CCP) (CCP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared its fourth quarter dividend of $0.57 per share, payable in cash on December 31, 2015 to stockholders of record on December 21, 2015. CCP intends to elect and qualify to be taxed as a real estate investment trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
