Extended Stay America (STAY) Declares $0.06 Special Dividend; Approves $100M Buyback
December 10, 2015 4:38 PM ESTExtended Stay America (NYSE: STAY) declared a special dividend of $0.06 per share.
The dividend will be payable on January 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.
