Trinity Industries, Inc. Renews $250 Million Share Repurchase Program and Declares Quarterly Dividend
December 10, 2015 4:15 PM ESTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE: TRN) (Trinity) today announced that its Board of Directors has renewed its $250 million share repurchase program effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017. The program replaces Trinitys current share repurchase program of the same amount that will expire on December 31, 2015.
