Hudson Pacific Properties Increases Common Dividend 60%
December 10, 2015 4:01 PM ESTLOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP) today announced that the companys Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.20 per share for the fourth quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on December 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on December 20, 2015. The dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $0.80 per share and is a 60.0% increase from the previous annualized dividend level of $0.50 per share.
