St. Jude Medical Announces Fourth Quarter Dividend

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE: STJ), a global medical device company, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.29 per common share of the Companys stock. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first, second and third quarters of 2015 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $1.16 per share. The dividend is payable January 29, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2015.
