Piper Jaffray maintained an Overweight rating on Cooper Companies (NYSE: COO), and cut the price target to $145.00 (from $205.00), following the company's 4Q earnings report. COO reported Q4 revenue of $455.5M, which missed consensus estimates by about $20 million. The miss was driven by three factors; 1) Integration disruptions in Europe; 2) Heightened competition from JNJ with its new 1-day Oasys; 3) Weaker-than-expected solutions sales.
