Sprott Focus Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq-FUND) Declares Fourth Quarter Common Stock Distribution of $0.12 Per Share
December 3, 2015 3:59 PM ESTTORONTO, Dec. 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sprott Focus Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: FUND) (the "Fund" or "FUND") has declared a quarterly distribution of $0.12 per share on its Common Stock. The distribution, optionally payable in additional shares of Common Stock or in cash by specific stockholder election, is to be paid on December 28, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2015 (ex-dividend on December 11, 2015). The price of shares issued for reinvestment will be determined on December 22, 2015.
