ProAssurance Announces Special Dividend
December 2, 2015 4:18 PM ESTBIRMINGHAM, Ala., Dec. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â The ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE: PRA) Board of Directors has authorized a special dividend of $1.00 per common share and a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 per common share. Both dividends will be paid on January 8, 2016 to shareholders who own our stock as of December 24, 2015.
