RCS Capital (RCAP) Appoints New General Counsel

RCS Capital (NYSE: RCAP) announced the appointment of Mason L. Allen as the Company's General Counsel, effective immediately. Mr. Allen succeeds James A. Tanaka, who previously held the position.

Mr. Allen previously served as the Company's Assistant General Counsel.
