Expedia (EXPE) Prices Aggregate $750M Senior Notes Private Offering
December 2, 2015 6:44 AM ESTExpedia (NASDAQ: EXPE) announced that it has agreed to sell $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2026 (the "Notes") in a private offering.
