BMO Financial Group Increases Common Share Dividend
December 1, 2015 6:46 AM ESTTORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/01/15 -- Bank of Montreal (TSX: BMO)(NYSE: BMO) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.84 per share on paid-up common shares of Bank of Montreal for the first quarter of fiscal year 2016, a 2 cent increase from the previous quarter.

For the fourth quarter ended October 31, 2015, net income was $1,214 million and EPS was $1.83. Adjusted net income was $1,264 million and adjusted EPS was $1.90.
