Getty Realty (GTY) Declares $0.22 Special Dividend; 1.3% Yield
November 30, 2015 8:37 AM ESTGetty Realty (NYSE: GTY) declared a special dividend of $0.22 per share.
The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
