November 24, 2015 5:00 PM ESTUNIONDALE, N.Y., Nov. 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the "Company") (Nasdaq: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.16 per common share, payable on December 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2015.
