November 24, 2015 8:45 AM ESTBOSTON, Nov. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV) today reported adjusted earnings per diluted share(1) of $2.29 for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2015, a decrease of 8 percent from record-high adjusted earnings per diluted share of $2.48 for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2014.
As determined under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP"), the Company earned $1.92 and $2.44, respectively, in fiscal 2015 and fiscal 2014.
