Piper Jaffray analyst Andrew Nowinski lowered estimates and his price target on Neutral-rated Brocade (NASDAQ: BRCD) to $10.00 (from $11.00) following Q4 results and lower guidance after the close.
Brocade has had a history of meeting or slightly beating estimates then guiding below consensus to keep the bar low but this quarter, the drop in operating margin is likely to have analysts worried.
