Amgen (AMGN) Announces Addition of Repatha to CVS Health (CVS) Formulary
November 23, 2015 8:11 AM ESTAmgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) announced that CVS Health (NYSE: CVS) will provide preferred access to Repatha® (evolocumab) through its CVS/caremark commercial formularies.
