Equinix (EQIX) to Offer $1B of Senior Notes

(Nasdaq: EQIX), the global interconnection and data center company, today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $1 billion in aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2026 pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement (including a preliminary prospectus supplement and accompanying prospectus relating to the offering) on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
