American National Bankshares Inc. Announces Dividend Increase
November 18, 2015 1:00 PM ESTDANVILLE, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/18/15 -- At its meeting on November 17, 2015, the Board of Directors of American National Bankshares Inc. (NASDAQ: AMNB), parent company of American National Bank and Trust Company, declared an increase in its quarterly dividend rate. The Company will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common share on December 18, 2015, to shareholders of record December 4, 2015.
