November 18, 2015 11:00 AM ESTSPARTANBURG, S.C., Nov. 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Synalloy Corporation (NASDAQ: SYNL), announces the declaration of an annual dividend of $.30 per share payable on December 8, 2015 to holders of record on November 27, 2015.
This dividend payment marks the ninth consecutive year Synalloy has paid an annual dividend bringing the total amount returned to shareholders since 2007 to $16.9 million.
