Resolute Forest Products (RFP) Closes $156M Acquisition of Atlas Paper Holdings
November 16, 2015 4:36 PM ESTResolute Forest Products (NYSE: RFP) announced the acquisition of Atlas Paper Holdings, Inc., a leading manufacturer of at-home and away-from-home tissue products, including recycled and virgin paper grades.
