Instructure (INST) IPO Prices at $16, Low End of Range
November 13, 2015 9:44 AM ESTInstructure (NYSE: INST) priced its initial public offering of 4,400,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share, the low end of the expected $16-$18 range. Shares are expected to open shortly on the NYSE.
