November 13, 2015 6:47 AM ESTGeneral Steel Holdings (NYSE: GSI) announced that it has regained compliance with the continued listing standard of the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") relating to a minimum average share price of at least $1.00 over a 30 trading-day period. The Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") has also authorized the Company's management to investigate and pursue the potential sale of all its ownership in Maoming Hengda Steel Company, Ltd.
