Tyco Reports Fourth Quarter 2015 Earnings from Continuing Operations Before Special Items of $0.61 Per Share and U.S. GAAP Earnings of $0.19 Per Share

Segment operating margin before special items expands 150 basis points for the quarter to 15.7% and increases 50 basis points for the year to 14.4% Diluted earnings per share (EPS) from continuing operations before special items increases 9% for the quarter and 12% for the year Fiscal 2016 EPS before special items will now include restructuring and repositioning charges. Full-year guidance of $2.05 - $2.20 includes an estimated $0.14 - $0.19 per share, or $75 million to $100 million, of restructuring and repositioning charges.
