Griffon Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter and Annual Results
November 12, 2015 4:07 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Griffon Corporation (Griffon or the Company) (NYSE: GFF) today reported results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2015.
Fourth quarter revenue totaled $502 million, decreasing 4% from the prior year quarter; excluding the impact of foreign currency, revenue increased 1%. Telephonics Corporation ("Telephonics") revenue increased 9% over the prior year quarter, while Home & Building Products (HBP) and Clopay Plastic Products Company, Inc. (PPC) revenue decreased 4% and 15%, respectively.

Griffon Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
November 12, 2015 4:05 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Griffon Corporation (NYSE: GFF) (the Company or Griffon) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, a 25% increase over the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on December 23, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 3, 2015.
