Shell Midstream Partners (NYSE: SHLX) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests, at a public offering price of $32.54 per common unit. Shell Midstream Partners (NYSE: SHLX) announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests. In connection with the offering, Shell Midstream Partners intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 common units.
