November 11, 2015 12:06 PM ESTNew Jersey Resources (NYSE: NJR) announced the promotions of Patrick Migliaccio, who will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Thomas J. Massaro, who will serve as the new Senior Vice President of Marketing, Customer Service and Energy Efficiency. Both executive promotions are effective January 1, 2016. In addition, Amanda E.
