Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Declares $0.25 Special Dividend; 0.8% Yield
November 11, 2015 7:02 AM ESTAcadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) declared a special dividend of $0.25 per share.
The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
