TD Ameritrade (AMTD) CEO Tomczyk to Retire; Successor Named
November 10, 2015 8:33 AM ESTTD Ameritrade (NYSE: AMTD) announced that Fred Tomczyk, president and chief executive officer, has informed the companys board of directors of his intention to retire at the end of the 2016 fiscal year, which will conclude on Sept. 30, 2016.
